Nie uważacie Państwo że sprawy dotyczące rozwiązania problemów z TREZORem i Rb-27zz oraz Rb-50 powinny być opisane pod poniższym linkiem:

Problem ten powinien być rozwiązany bez udziału JST, ale również bez udziału RIO. Jednak dysponentowi łatwiej jest wychodzić niejako "z pozycji siły" i żądać czegoś, do czego w sumie nie jest uprawniony (sztuczna korekta). Po co dysponent ma wydzwaniać po jakichś helpdeskach? Łatwiej jest przecież kazać zrobić coś ponownie, zamiast dociec źródła problemu, który nie leży po stronie JST, a jest do wyjaśnienia na linii dysponent-TREZOR.
Nie dziwię się Państwa frustracji, bo każdy czegoś z każdej strony chce, terminy gonią a pomocy brak...
