Nie rada uchwaliła plan finansowy, ale tylko ustalenia (ogólne) do tego planu. Jak kierownik może zmieniać koszty po uzyskaniu większych przychodów, to i chyba może przenosić między kosztami. Bez skutku dla dotacji z budżetu i wpłat do budżetu. czemu nie.

How To Use Tibetan Prayer Beads. What Is Malas?
Mala, the Sanskrit name for the traditional prayer beads used in counting mantra recitations, is also referred to as mala. Malas are widely used throughout Tibetan Buddhist communities all over the world, wrapped around wrists or hanging from fingers, accompanying the repetition of mantras in a humming manner, such as Om mani padme, Om tare tuttare ture, or om muni maha muniye soha.
