u mnie Rddz jest jedn. budżetową. sprawdzałam 5 % poniesionych wydatków w roku 2006 9bo kontrola była w X 2007. a jesli chodzi o kwot zryczałtowana to jest ona oreslona co do wysokości przez rozporządzenie ministra pracy.... i wydaje mi sie że można tu sprawdzić jedynie to czy kwote tą otrzymuje rddz na konto jak nią dysponuje i czy dobrze obliczono ja w związku z liczba dzieciaków .
